What to send in a good support request
The fastest support path is a concrete report. Include your Android device model, Android version, app version, the tool you used, and the action that failed.
If the problem affects a private file, describe the file pattern rather than attaching the original document unless you are comfortable sharing it.
- Compression result is larger than expected
- Image-to-PDF export fails or has the wrong order
- Split PDF or Remove PDF Pages exports the wrong pages
- File-size checker reports confusing results
- Save, share, theme, privacy, or navigation issues
Known limits to mention
Some PDF operations depend on browser memory, device storage pressure, and document complexity. Already-optimized PDFs, large scanned files, unusual encryption, and damaged PDFs can still compress poorly or fail.
Telling us the approximate page count, file size, document type, and selected compression preset often helps more than saying only that compression failed.
